第22回 TMSA対策リスクマネジメント・事故調査分析研修講座を8月11・12日の２日間、東京で開催いたします。
2004年にOCIMFがタンカーオペレーターに対する指針としてTMSA（Tanker Management and Self Assessment）を発行しました。それ以来、本指針は急速に広まり今や業界標準やチャーター先の要求事項となりつつあります。
2006年3月、DNVは日本で最初のTMSA対策リスクマネジメント・事故調査分析研修講座を神戸で開催し、2007年日本で最初の日本語による研修講座を商船三井殿 (4月)、一般向け神戸（5月、日英併用）、日本郵船殿（9月）、一般向け横浜（11月）、富洋海運殿 (11月)と実施し、さらに2008年には川崎汽船殿 (3月)、スターシップマネジメント殿（4月、英語）ドーヴァル海運殿 (5月、英語)および一般向け今治（７月）、2009年東京（1月、日英併用）、商船三井殿（3月）、東京（5月と8月、日本語）2010年内航船社向け東京（3月、日本語）、キーマックス殿(４月 英語)、内航船社向け長崎（6月、日本語）、2011年下関（2月、日本語）、神戸（3月、日本語）で実施しています。
このたび東京(中央区立月島社会教育会館)において頭記研修講座を開催することと致しました。広く国内船社および管理会社からの積極的なご参加をお願い致します。

トレーニング形式：
講義とワークショップ形式の討論、発表及びその講評と解説。
- 使用言語は日本語・英語。
- 研修後、内容を十分に習得された方にDiploma（修了証書）を授与。

定員： 最小催行人数 10名、最大15名まで

- Lecture and discussion, presentation, review and comment in workshop

- At the end of the course, DIPLOMA will be issued to the participants who have fully understood the content of the training and successfully achieved the required standard.

Enrollment limit： Minimum - 10 persons Maximum - 15 persons
This application will be closed as soon as the number of participants reaches the limit. Also this course may be cancelled in case that the number of participants doesn’t reach the minimum limit by the closing date for application. In such a case, all participants will be informed individually.
Fee： 65,000- JPY per person excluding tax,3,250-JPY (including texts and handouts)
This fee doesn’t cover lunch during course. Please prepare your lunch by your self.
