Description
This course focuses on multiple (alternative) analyses, beam code checking and re-design of topside structures. Reporting of code checking results is also covered. The loads are assumed to be manually applied. The main tools are GeniE and Sestra.
Learning objectives
Learn how to do multiple analyses and to create different code checking models. The exercise is based on a topside module.
Target group
Structural engineers performing design engineering tasks of typically topsides and modules.
| Prerequisite It is required that the participants have attended the course SE-01 Concept based FE modelling and analysis using GeniE - Introductory or have similar experience. |
