DNVが年３回発行している『DNV Forum』 2010年01号において、パナソニック株式会社の情報セキュリティマネジメントプロジェクトについて記事が掲載されております。 記事の中でパナソニック全体について、金子啓子本部長（写真右上）は
”The philosophy of our founder is still deeply rooted in our actions. We call it our corporate conscience. Panasonic exists to increase the well-being of people and contribute to society, since the company itself is entrusted to us by the public. In order to act on this philosophy, we must continually improve as an organisation and maintain high ethical standards. Gaining new insight and sharing knowledge is the road to success, but the information must be handled correctly, both within Panasonic and the parties involved in our business”
我々パナソニックの創業の理念は深く私たちの行動に根ざしています。パナソニックは、人々と社会に貢献するために存在しています。この理念に基づいて行動するために、継続的に組織として高い倫理基準維持し、改善しなければなりません。新たな知識の共有を獲得するべく、パナソニックと関連事業者の双方にて正しく情報を管理・運用することが肝要であると考えています。
と語られています。
また、このプロジェクトが重要な意味を持つこととともに、業務プロセスの改善の困難について述べられ、 「とても難しく一筋縄ではいかないが顧客のためにも 果断に取り組まねばならないこと、そしてこの認証取得がその一助になる」と話されました。
